Waste water derived from product rinsing and cooling in
manufacturing processes requires onsite processing to meet
standards for acceptance into the public sewage system.
e-RPM is able to recommend and construct a wide range
of treatment processes to remove contaminants derived from
the process materials and chemicals. e-RPM can deliver
continuous or batch processing systems to suit the demands
and standards.
Uniquely e-RPM harnesses process standardisation
through its range of USBRS® Waste water treatment
plant.
Processes that can be performed include:
- Chemical
neutralisation
- Chemical reduction or oxidation
- Electrowinning and electro
oxidation and reduction
- Chelate decomplexing
- Chill and evaporative crystallisation
- Evaporation
- Membrane separation by ultrafiltration,
nanofiltration, or reverse osmosis
- Salt separation
by electrodialysis or ion exchange
- Non-ionic organic
adsorption with activated carbon
- Filtration by sand
or absorptive media
- Selective metal capture using speciality
ion exchange resins
- Fume droplet capture using dynamic
eliminators with wash and recovery of the captured
chemicals
- Solids collection and thickening
- Solids dewatering
