e-RPM Ltd. is a team of engineers, scientists and technicians led by Peter Young who is a Chartered Engineer and Fellow of the Institution of Chemical Engineers.

Peter started his working life in 1971 for an industrial waste water treatment equipment provider owned by W Canning and Company and, at that time were the UK’s premier provider of electroplating processes and machinery.

Since then Peter has worked continuously in the environmental protection equipment industry, designing and delivering projects for water and sewage treatment, industrial waste water treatment and recycling, chemical recovery, and fume and odour control.

Throughout much of the last decade Peter worked in Hong Kong, China and the Far East. He spent much of his time designing and building pure water supply and waste water treatment plants for the electronics components production industry, particularly focussing on printed circuit board production.

In founding e-RPM, Peter’s aim has been to advise and deliver appropriate and sustainable designs for commercial and industrial water users.
